THE MAESTRO & THE EUROPEAN POP ORCHESTRA, INVITED TO PERFORM IN 1 OF THE 7 WONDERS OF THE WORLD AND UNESCO'S WORLD HERITAGE SITES!
The Maestro & The European Pop Orchestra has the honor of opening the Friends of Jordan Festival on Thursday August 31st 2023, in the breathtakingly beautiful Petra - Petra Cultural Village - in Jordan. World famous artists such as Andrea Bocelli and Coldplay, among others, were already allowed to precede this. This festival takes place every year and its main aim is to promote cultural, visual and performing arts in Jordan.
The Maestro & The European Pop Orchestra is a contemporary pop orchestra led by orchestra leader, violin soloist and composer Guido Dieteren. Together with singer and wife Wendy Kokkelkoren, Guido and his orchestra prove that pop and classical blend harmoniously. The pop meets classic music style guarantees a musical total experience full of romance, emotion, passion and energy. Well-known melodies are redesigned and complemented by many self-composed works by Guido. The Maestro & The European Pop Orchestra presents a rousing total experience, from goosebumps to part.
For orchestra leader Guido Dieteren, Wendy Kokkelkoren and his orchestra, it is the first time they are travelling to the Middle East and they are very much looking forward to it.
